If you decide to contribute to the Sustainable Growth Fund as part of your citizenship application, the minimum amount will be 150,000 dollars for a single applicant. Alternatively, applicants may invest in real estate with a minimum value of 200,000 US dollars. Although real estate is the more expensive option of the two, investors have the benefit of the right to resell the real estate they purchase after 5 or 7 years depending on the value of the investment.
